Good morning!

Text:  Exodus 15-17; Proverbs 1
For the forty years of life in the desert, God provides the people of Israel with daily bread – manna.  When His promise to do this is introduced, they are told the manna will be there in the mornings.
So Moses and Aaron said to all the people of Israel, “At evening you shall know that it was the Lord who brought you out of the land of Egypt, 7 and in the morning you shall see the glory of the Lord… (Exodus 16:6-7).
Here is something to contemplate.  When the Lord promises to take care of us, to meet our daily needs and then He does so, His glory is on display.  What a wonderful idea. In my morning breakfast – His provision of food for me – I can see God’s glory revealed. Likewise in a cool drink of water or a warm shower, my heated home in winter and a dry pair pf socks.  God’s glory is everywhere to be seen…. if we open our eyes.
