Friday. Read Matthew 26:26-29 – the institution of the Lord’s supper. The table is our marker for our ongoing participation in the new covenant in Jesus.
“Drink of it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. – Matthew 26:27-28
He offers forgiveness, grace, new life, eternal life in exchange for our simple surrender to trust Him. How complete is your surrender? How close is your communion with Jesus? Do you desire a closer walk? Pray, surrender and ask Him for one.
