Today is a reflection day.
The Word at the end of Job 36 into chapter 37 speaks of severe weather phenomena. God’s Word in Job 37:13 says this:
Whether for correction or for his land
or for love, he causes it to happen.
Whatever is going on in our lives this day, we may not know if it is to correct us, for the sake of His promises, or in order to show us His love, but we can know for sure that the Lord has caused it to happen. He is the first source and cause of all things. We may wrestle with such an idea if today’s events are painful. But, to know God is in control is great and wondrous reassurance.
