Good morning!

Today is a reflection day.
We spend a lot of effort working to correct, avoid, deny or cover up our weaknesses.  Yet it is in our weaknesses that the Lord shows Himself strong.
…he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.  For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Corinthians 12:9-10)
Rather than despising our weaknesses and various troubles, we can look to them to see the Lord in all His glorious power.  It is when He fills the gaps in our lives that the reality of His presence is most obvious.  Think about this.  Our shortcomings can be seen as gifts, windows through which we and those around us can see the Living God and His glorious grace.
