Good morning!

Today is a reflection day.
When John the Baptist hears of Jesus’ ministry, he sends two of his followers to ask Jesus if He is the “one”.  At that hour, Jesus had been healing many people of diseases, plagues and evil spirits.
And he answered them, “Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the poor have good news preached to them. (Luke 7:22)
Jesus is the One who heals.  What ails you this day?  Jesus heals.  Where in your life are you blind or deaf?  Where are you in poverty, perhaps emotionally or mentally?  Is there a branch of your tree that is dead.  Maybe you have been living as if that wound, that broken place in your heart, that habit, that failing is beyond help.  Maybe you have settled for misery you need not bear any longer. Come to Jesus.  Jesus is the healing we all need.  He is good news we all long for.  Jesus is the life we all desire.
