Today is a reflection day.
When I meet with couples before they marry, we spend much of our time looking at Bible passages. For one lesson, we consider what the “ideals” are for men and women, husbands and wives. Proverbs 31:10-31 provides us a beautiful description of the “excellent wife.”
An excellent wife who can find?
She is far more precious than jewels. (Proverbs 31:10)
She is a woman of nobility, integrity, industry and care. She is a woman who brings fruit in her life and in the life of her family. She is good, strong, industrious, prosperous and generous. I praise God that there are so many like her in the body of Christ!
