SPORTS CAMP

July 21 – 25, 2025
8:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Held at Eastford Elementary School
12 Westford Road, Eastford

Ages 4 – 12, $60/camper

Limited scholarships available.
Contact [email protected] before registering.

The 2025 theme is Go the Distance based on 2 Timothy 4:7-8 – “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day— and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.” We will share the story of Paul’s life and what it took to run the race for Christ and finish strong in spite of the challenges he faced.

Basic Camp Instructions

Please read through all of this information before camp.  Thank you!!
  • Registration opens at 8:15am on Monday and 8:30am Tue – Fri with camp officially commencing at 9:00am under the BIG Tent.
  • On Day 1, each family receives a bag with t-shirts and sports flashes for the week.
  • Campers line up by sport in the designated waiting area just beyond the registration tables (after signing in, getting nametags, returning sports flashes, and contributing to Change 4 Change if they’d like).
  • Coaches will be waiting and ready to receive your camper(s) between 8:30 and 8:45am.
  • Please leave toys, trading cards, electronics, etc. at home since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Campers are encouraged to:
  • apply sunscreen before coming to camp
  • bring their own water bottles (with camper name)
  • bring their own balls for maximum playing time (with camper name) – some will be for sale on Day 1
  • wear sneakers
  • wear shin guards for soccer – some will be for sale on Day 1
During the week:
  • water coolers are stationed at each sport location (cups available for those who don’t have water bottles)
  • snack is served before the half-time rally – fruit option always included, and we purchase other options that avoid the most common allergens (snack allergy code noted on camper nametags and our volunteers check the list of allergies to ensure campers receive safe options)
  • campers drop off their take-home Sports Flash (with camper name) when signing in Tue – Fri for a chance to win prizes
  • campers encouraged to bring money for “Change 4 Change” (competition between boys and girls to see who earns the most money to help send kids to sports camp – coaches of “losing” team get pies to the face – but really, everyone wins in sharing the fun and helping other kids attend camp)
Parents/Guardians:
  • when signing in, please note any changes to pickup
  • have camper(s) put on a nametag each day (Day 1 nametag is already on the free t-shirt you receive)
  • please note that campers wait by teams in the registration area until a team coach comes to lead them to the sport location
  • sign-out requires that you show an ID to receive pickup tags
  • pick up camper(s) at each sport location by handing coach your pickup tag(s) – information about sport locations will be posted in the registration area
  • have campers earn some or all of the money for “Change 4 Change” which helps kids attend sports camp in other international and urban USA locations (collection Tue – Fri)
  • remind camper(s) to bring Sports Flash (with camper name) Tue – Fri
  • check the whiteboard(s) in the registration area for information and updates each day
