Good morning!
Text: Jeremiah 1-3; Isaiah 11
As we read of Jeremiah the prophet’s introduction and calling, we read these amazing words:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
and before you were born I consecrated you;
I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
God has a plan for each person who will be His own from before their conception. Ephesians 1:4 says that the Father “chose us in him before the foundation of the world.” Who we are, how God made us, where we live, when we live, our parents and family, all these are part of God’s amazing plan for our individual lives.
So, do you suppose He has a plan about what is going on in your life today? Of course He does. What comfort, confidence and joy that truth provides.
