Good morning!

Text:  Deuteronomy 31-34; Psalm 49
The eternal God is your dwelling place,
and underneath are the everlasting arms.”
      (Deuteronomy 33:27)
What wonderful words.  Our great God, who is eternal, is where we live.  He is the place of our dwelling, our residence.  And His everlasting arms are beneath us – giving us support, strength, and victory.   When we face stress and trials, what relief the truth here can bring.  When facing a great challenge, maybe even a fearsome one, what confidence comes from this truth.  God’s Word here reminds us that when we stumble or fall, or when we are cast down by an enemy, we have no fear of falling.   His everlasting arms are always there to catch us, restore us and lift us up.  Our God is amazing!
